I offer free consultations, and will meet with you at my office, your home,or any other convenient location. During the initial meeting, I will evaluate your case and tell you whether or not I believe that you have a valid legal claim to pursue. If I decide to take your case and you decide to retain me, I will handle your case on a contingent fee basis. What that means is that you will not be charged any legal fees or expenses unless I recover compensation for you.

If I am successful in recovering compensation, whether that be through a settlement with the insurance company or a verdict at trial, I am reimbursed my out-of-pocket expenses. Then as compensation for my time and expertise, I receive a percentage of the compensation; this is called a contingent fee. If I do not recover compensation by way of settlement or verdict, you will not owe me any fees or any expenses.
